Payment, insurance & cancellation
Payment at the visit
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Insurance
We file your claim as a courtesy. Bring your dental wallet card and employer information. Any deductible or co-payment is due at the time of treatment.
Cancelling an appointment
We ask for 48 hours' notice. Appointments broken without it are charged at $50 per half hour, except in severe weather or a true emergency.
Financing
Payment plans and financial arrangements are offered through CareCredit, our in-office financing partner.
