Experienced, warm and genuinely glad to see you — many of our team have cared for our patients for over a decade.

Liliana Avila
Office Manager
Lili grew up in sunny Santa Barbara, CA, and relocated to Las Vegas in 2002. She enjoys dancing, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and two kids — the holidays are her favorite time of year. Lili has managed our practice since 2017 and has 20+ years of experience in dental administration. “Over the years I have come to truly appreciate the improvement we can create in someone’s life through dentistry.”
Jennifer Poser
Lead Dental Assistant
Jennifer is a Las Vegas native currently attending the College of Southern Nevada pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and welcomes our patients with her huge, beautiful smile. Away from the office she is a full-time photographer who loves to travel. Jennifer is also fluent in Spanish.
Betty Jean Ezell
Dental Assistant
BJ brings over 25 years of dental assisting experience. An Alaskan transplant, she’s made Vegas home and embraced new adventures as a professional athlete, an Airbnb super host, and a fitness and nutrition coach. You’ll find her providing detail-oriented care, at the gym, or in the kitchen meal prepping.
Shuyan Fu
Registered Dental Hygienist
Shuyan graduated from the College of Southern Nevada hygiene program in 2000 and has been with us since 2009. “I am very gentle and kind and look forward to meeting new people.” She is fluent in English and Mandarin, loves gardening, traveling and cooking — her pot-stickers are an office party favorite — and became a proud grandma in 2020.
Monica Ruggiano
Registered Dental Hygienist
Monica is a dedicated, passionate hygienist with 8 years of practice. “Educating and seeing my patients progress in their dental health is the reason I enjoy what I do.” She relocated to Las Vegas from Fort Lauderdale in 2020 and enjoys sports, traveling and being outdoors.
Jenifer Anderson
Registered Dental Hygienist
Originally from a small town in Arizona, Jenifer has been in the dental field for almost 10 years and an RDH since 2019. “I love to connect with my patients and help them improve their oral health in a judgment-free zone.” She’s a mom of two girls and enjoys cooking, mystery novels, comedy shows and hiking.
Bridget Maynor
Registered Dental Hygienist
A Las Vegas native, Bridget has been an RDH for ten-plus years and with us since 2010. “I take pride in being compassionate and thorough; making sure each patient’s individual needs are met.” A busy mom of five, she happily picks up days to help the team when needed.
Raime Cendoma
Registered Dental Hygienist
Raime graduated from the CSN Dental Hygiene Program in 2008 and has been part of our practice for ten-plus years. A proud mom of two boys with an amazing sense of humor, she now lives in Birmingham, AL, and returns to see our patients two weeks at a time every few months.
