No. The arch is fixed to the implants and only removed by your dentist for maintenance.

Do I need bone grafting?

The angled implants often avoid grafting, but this depends on your bone. Dr. Spelman will check.

Brush daily and use a water flosser or special floss under the arch, plus regular checkups.
