Lili grew up in sunny Santa Barbara, CA., and relocated to Las Vegas in 2002. She enjoys dancing, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and two kids. “The Holidays are my favorite time of the year, I truly enjoy hosting dinners in my home, gathered with my loved ones”. Lili has managed our practice since 2017 and has 20+ years of experience in the dental administration field. “Over the years I have come to truly appreciate the improvement we can create in someone’s life through dentistry. I enjoy interacting with our patients and having great conversations, knowing we strive to provide them with great oral health.”
Jennifer Poser
Lead Dental Assistant
Jennifer is a Las Vegas native and is currently attending the College of Southern Nevada pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and welcomes our patients with her huge, beautiful smile! Away from the office, Jennifer is a full-time photographer who enjoys all kinds of artistic activities and loves to travel. Jennifer is also fluent in Spanish.
Betty Jean Ezell
Dental Assistant
BJ brings over 25 years dental assisting experience to Willow Springs Dental. An Alaskan transplant she’s made Vegas home and embraced new adventures as a professional athlete, an Airbnb super host and fitness and nutrition coaching. She can be found at Willow Dental providing detail-oriented service, at the gym or in the kitchen meal prepping.
Shuyan Fu
Registered Dental Hygienist
Shuyan is Chinese-American and has resided in the United States for 30+ years. She graduated from the College of Southern Nevada hygiene program in the year 2000 and has practiced as an RDH ever since. Shuyan has been with us since 2009, she loves her career in hygiene saying” I am very gentle and kind and look forward to meeting new people.” Shuyan is fluent in English and Mandarin, she enjoys gardening, traveling and cooking Chinese food, her pot-stickers are an office party favorite! Both of her children work in the medical field to help those in need. She became a grandma in the summer of 2020 when her daughter and son in law welcomed their first son Teddy who brings lots of joy and happiness to their family.
Monica Ruggiano
Registered Dental Hygienist
Monica is a dedicated and passionate dental hygienist that has been practicing for 8 years. “Educating and seeing my patients progress in their dental health is the reason I enjoy what I do.” Monica and her Fiancé relocated to Las Vegas from Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2020. In her free time, Monica enjoys watching sports with her fiancé, traveling, and being outdoors.
Jenifer Anderson
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jenifer is originally from a small town in Arizona. She has been in the dental field for almost 10 years and an RDH since 2019. “I love to connect with my patients and help them improve their oral health in a judgment-free zone.” She is married with two sweet baby girls who keep her on her toes at all times. She enjoys cooking, reading mystery novels, comedy shows, and hiking in her spare time.
Bridget Maynor
Registered Dental Hygienist
Bridget is also a native of Las Vegas and has worked in the dental field as an RDH for the last ten+ years, she has been with us since 2010. “I take pride in being compassionate and thorough; making sure each patients’ individual needs are met to achieve overall oral health.” Bridget feels blessed and keeps busy with her husband and their five kids (four young daughters ages between 10 – 3 years and in May of 2021 they welcomed their 1st boy). Since 2020, Bridget has transitioned to being a full-time stay-at-home mom, however, she is always grateful and happy to help us when needed by picking up a day or two to fill for one of our other hygienists.
Raime Cendoma
Registered Dental Hygienist
Raime graduated from the CSN Hygiene Dental Program in 2008. She has been a part of our practice for ten+ years. Raime is a proud mom of two boys, she’s got an amazing sense of humor and loves sharing with her patients that one of the best things about being a mom is letting the boys dress up as superheroes just to go to the grocery store. She currently resides in Birmingham, AL. Since most of her family and friends still reside in Las Vegas and due to high demand for her, she comes into work for us 2 weeks at a time every few months. We truly enjoy having her as part of our dental family.
